I don't even know where to start. I have had nothing but bad experience with this dealership. It's like I do not even exist to these people. I have called Summer so many times that nothing get's done. I have talked with Randy or Randall from Gateway, he has not returned my call. I have left numerous messages with their management department on concerns I have had and not one ever returned my call. I have also spoken to a David and Brandon, they both assured me that they will get to the bottom of my dilemma but never EVER gave me a call back to follow up. I have asked for a director or CEO's number but the representative, sales associates or management will not provide me with this information. I have done the phone interview and gave the girl my review, she said someone will get back to me about it, BUT NEVER DID. WHO CAN I CONTACT? I WANT OUT OF MY CONTRACT BUT IT SEEMS LIKE I PROBABLY DON'T EVEN HAVE A CONTRACT WITH GATEWAY AVONDALE BECAUSE I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ONE PHONE CALL OR A BILLING STATEMENT FROM THE BANK? I left a voice message Friday asking for someone in the finance department to call me and again today! So frustrated, hopefully writing this review, I will get a phone call FINALLY!
