I live at 1700 E. 56th Street in Hyde Park. Sudler took over our building 6 years ago. Previous to Sudler, we had Draper. What a difference! Since Sudler has been with us, the building is cleaner than ever and our managers (Yvette and Alex) provide us with hands on oversight. They are welcoming and alway greet me with a smile. They seem to really want to go out of their way to help us. We have a very difficult group in our building and many of my fellow residents are difficult to please. Lots of retirees and an ongoing political feud among long term board members. Yvette seems to be able to have gained respect of people and I am very happy that she and Alex have turned our building abound in terms of finances and stability. I do wish we could update our lobby and our elevators, but that is not Sudler's fault.
