I can't tell you how personable and efficient Amber was with us! On New Year's Eve she was able to reach out to me (the same day I reached out to her), put together our application and numbers- and then called me New Year's morning to go through our options. She explained our options and stepped back to allow us to make our own choice of which route we wanted to go. She did not attempt to persuade or push us in either direction. The processing after that was quick and simple. I loved being able to upload our documents to the online platform, but also liked the personable feel of Treadstone staff reaching out to us via personal email as well. It was always the same staff member so there was no confusion and we were always on the same page. I can't speak highly enough of Amber and her team at Treadstone!
