When I went to Honda it was not my intention to buy a car the same day. I wanted to visit different dealerships and see different make of cars. Essam Beshay, the salesman I dealt with, changed my mind. From the first moment I started speaking to him, I liked his demeanor. He was very friendly, but in a very professional way, very helpful, informative and very knowledgeable. He was able to answer every question and explain everything in a clear way. He was very courteous and very patient. As you know, buying a car for many people is a major investment and it is a stressful experience. It was very comforting dealing with someone who seemed to have your interests at heart, not interested only in making a sale, but in making you feel comfortable in making the decision. I would highly recommend Essam to family and friends. I believe he is a great asset to your dealership.
