As a CUSTOMER, I have been using the services of N S I Research INC for over a year now and I must say their work is truly average. The quality of their research reports is satisfactory but not outstanding. The team at N S I Research INC could definitely improve their communication skills. There were instances when I had to follow up multiple times to get updates on my projects. Overall, I believe there is room for improvement.
