I made an appointment for my 2006 Odyssey to have the oil changed. Shon Liddell meet us on the day of the appointment and quickly took care of us. He was very knowledgeable and professional. Not unexpectedly, they found some other items that needed to be taken care of and texted/emailed me asking me which ones I approved to be done. Overall, this worked well but is the reason for only 4 stars. First, when using a smart phone there was no obvious way to decline a particular item and move to the next. Second, there was a yellow warning that my rear tires were getting worn which included a very expensive replacement option which I declined because there are very good tires available elsewhere at a significantly lower price. Shon later explained this was meant to be a warning that the tires were OK but that we needed to keep an eye on them. In addition, they had less expensive options available. The service and prices at Kendall have generally been quite good, but I'd be careful about buying tires there.
