I took my car in to have a couple of recalls done ...

I took my car in to have a couple of recalls done on it I did not receive but one of the recalls due to some Revision in parts it was not explain to me well also someone else picked up my car I did not even call to check on and see if I okayed it I was never giving any paperwork at the beginning to let me know anything on the car so there still a recall out on my car a very dangerous one that has to do with a low impact Collision that could happen so at this point I am not satisfied with it
