Lack of support for first time dog owners. No animal adoption counselor, no two week time period. Sent my puppy back after a full blown panic attack, I needed guidance or advice. no questions were asked or solutions. They took my pup and re-sold it, and tried to keep my money too. I never saw him again. I have a new pup now, but I am still traumatized from my experience. Adoptees/buyers be very aware.
