I just have to say that throughout the 7+ years that I have been with iinet that almost without fail the Consultants I have spoken with truly understand and provide truly great Customer Service. I have found them helpful, courteous, generous with their time in processing my calls and go an extra mile to provide every assistance possible.
I have confidence that when I call iinet that whatever my issue is will be addressed, investigated and satisfactorily resolved very often at the first point of contact. I cannot praise these employees (or the Company) highly enough!
