HORRIBLE. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. A year and a half of my life wasted at this ill managed facility ran by complete moronic buffoons. Quite naturally it takes geniuses to manufacture products that sell themselves. It's no wonder they can't keep people, since they don't have to focus on how to sell the product, they focus on more important things like how to add more burdens to the very workers who actually make the profits happen. Modern day slavery, I'm surprised they don't have floggings and hangings. I wish no at all was an option. Two down, coming from a consistent quota maker/exceeder. There's another finger I'd post but... I'm going to leave a piece of advice and you can take it or leave it, it's your company that can't keep people. If you can't treat people the way you'd want to be treated, (which quite evidently you can't), at least treat people like you APPRECIATE THE FACT THAT THEY MAKE YOU MONEY!!! You absolutely ungrateful SOB's.

Current employee, going in this morning to quit. High turn over rate, doesn t matter if your working on the line, running 5 lines, or just picking up trash. You will all get paid the same. Management doesn t let u transfer to a new position, they are stuck in they re ways. Pretty funny, my trainers told me everyone they ve trained has quit after 3 weeks, management says they don t care. Orientation was great, they talked about how they care, but they just catfish everybody. Everyone in my orientation class told me they are already looking for something better and we have only been there 3 weeks.

Current employee here. Beware if you choose to apply here. You will be worked to death. Management wont let you transfer to a new position even if your current one is causing you chronic pain.

I worked at Stanley for a year and a half, and about 8 months in I needed knee surgeries, and even had a doctors note telling them I couldnt do certain positions and was forced to by several coordinators and I was forced to work under my significant other for months. This was quite literally the worst job I ever had, and the fact that they disguise this as a good job is sickening to my core. Get out while you can, you make like your coworkers, but the management here is awful and no one deserves to be treated this way.

I had an opportunity for an interview recently at this company and also a chance to see the inside of the facility.

My impression is that this is an excellent company to work for. I have read the other reviews. I did not agree with them.

They offer a good rate of pay to start, benifits package and a chance to prove yourself.

As a temp please DO NOT go to Stanley Electric!!!! They do not care about their associates. Coordinators power trip, and bully individuals with lesser power. They allow coordinators, managers, and above to turn a blind eye to the biggest problems in this manufacturing and instead would love to speak about very irrelevant and non pressing issues! This place is not worth the fight! I promise. Revision; ASSOCIATE RELATIONS do not do anything for you! No excuses with what I put up with here.. and red flag has been contacted

So I am editing my review. Originally a positive review, I was fooled. It's a job not a career. Last resort. You will be used. Underappreciated and nothing you do will be good enough. No performance based pay increases or acknowledgement. Everyone gets paid the same with the same raise every six months. If you miss a day you lose a dollar on the hour.

Due to the size of this company, I thought that perhaps it would be full of managers who work their operators like dogs as I have seen in other large scale operations. What you will find instead is a system where there are no walls in the offices. Where no matter how long you have been there, you are still expected to act and treat others all the same. It's a company that enforces growth from within and scolds anyone who tries to hold others back in their careers. There is a reason that a high percentage of people that work there have been a part of the company for many years. I am happy to be a part of this company after many years of failed searches for a career. I don't see myself needing to look for another employer anymore!

They could start by having compassion for the people doing the hard work, the ones that work on their feet for 10-12 hours a day 6 times a week. They could improve HR by having people that will actually try to help their employees when certain circumstances arise. My father is an older man who has a lot of trouble with physical pain, bad hearing and eyesight. He started out as a temp worked those long hard hours for over a year before being hired on as a full time employee. Shortly after he had a couple bouts of sickness he couldn't control. When he missed work one day and showed up with hospital paperwork he was told they di not except that as an excuse! (So apparently your not allowed to get sick or you risk your job!) Afterwards there was I believe twice over the next couple months he forced himself to show up deathly sick to the point the team leader sent him home. No matter what condition he was in he worked hard for this company even when they had no compassion for him as a human being. Roll around to nearly 2 years he goes on holiday shutdown like everyone else. That week he finally got his insurance cards in the mail for vision and dental. We were ready to start making appointments to hopefully help his hearing and eyesight. He returns to work on 1-7 work his full shift. While there that night he asked about why he hadn't recieved pay first Christmas day like he thought he was supposed to, he becomes aware he heard the date wrong he was supposed to return to work 1-2. Thar explained the reason he didn't receive his holiday pay. He missed work without realizing. After work that day HR call to immediately terminate his employment. He tries to explain it was an honest mistake, that when they said second he heard seventh and that made sense to him as the seventh was a Monday. He obviously didn't realize he heard the information wrong. HR was not helpful whatsoever and told him to file an appeal, which he did immediately. They have still yet to respond and he was told they would get back with him within the week. Its apparent they dont care about the hard working backbone if their company. Thet even have the failed hearing test results from when he was hired on. What good is HR if they cant help the humans there that need it????????????????????

They are always hiring - ALWAYS- should be your first red flag. They talk about attendance but will ask you last minute to work overtime. Employees have lives outside of Stanley but that doesn't matter to the company. Who cares if you miss family events, holidays, etc. Stanley doesn't. Also, when you leave - they say you will be rehired if you give a 2 week notice. That's a lie. Also, they will train you on first shift, then come to you at the end of training and tell you to go home, sleep, and come back for 3rd shift. That's not healthy or safe. The new uniforms plus lack of AC in the building is going to lead to dehydrated employees and or employees passing out. They have an emergency response crew and 9 times out of 10 that they are called is because is an employee being dizzy from dehydration, heat, etc because God forbid they are able to have a water bottle at work! I understand that this is a big company that helps Honda and helps the economy in that area but they need to realize of they lost all the employees that they treat poorly, that company would come crashing down. If the job sounds too good to be true (pay, benefits, etc) it is!
