I had bad experience with this company. I purchased CCTV package 63000/- offer price ,but they send only Rs:40000/- camera items only.They agree to free delivery ,but they send by pronto after I paid delivery charges also. This company is not located at the address of Dharmarama Road, Wellawaththa. It is needed to be very careful. When doing transaction with this company as it does not issue bills and warranty cards for the sold items and also do misleading actions to the customers. They cut off all the ways of communications with the company and there's no way of contacting with them after doing transactions. Not only that there isn't such a discount of 50% as desplayed in their notice.

The worst CCTV Company in srilanka, even the installer Mr. Ramesh is a rogue,very poor customer service.

This company closed down and all staffs left.Also does not exist at this location anymore.The CCTV business of this, does not function as a company anymore.So please be aware. Thank you.

This is a fake company. dose not exist.they only keeping the web site and trying to mislead people.

I called their hotline to get product information. The person who spoke was informed me that he does not have enough time to explain me about the product and provided wrong information about it. Customer service over the phone was very unpleasant.

Hi, there is no doubt that this is a FAKE company made for fraudulent business. Our company HORIZON FISHERIES PVT LTD. (Maldives) has placed an order to this company to purchase finger and Face ID machines for an HR system back in Jan 2019. Initially found to be extremely prompt and cooperative but Once the TT payment was sent, guy named Victor started saying the goods will be ready in 2 days. Upon following up after said period, they apologized and said they will be sending the goods out in this weekend. They have repeated the same for two weeks and finally said someone will be coming to Maldives and will handover to him. To our surprise no one came and Victor stopped answering. We sent some one to their address and apparantly no office was there at all. We couldnt recover any money. BEWARE AND STOP ORDERING. (DID NOT WANT TO GIVE A SINGLE STAR - NOT WORTH IT)

Hi, I had bad experience with this company. I purchased CCTV package 28000 offer price it has included camera 2, harddisk, DVR 4 chennal but finally they not delivered harddisk. I tried so many times tried through the phone call and victor not attend. But no one answered my call. Then, one day I visited direct office he told me will check and get back...as of now no response. Today, I visited office directly but Victor said have to pay extra money for hard disk. Then, only I know he is trying to cheat....and Victor used bad words and worst behavior. Be aware of this company. How it is possible only 2 camera, and dvr 28000? Seriously don't buy.

Very bad costumer relations. Service after sales are terrible. I am really disappointed with their costumer relationship.

They providing the best service since they are the leading company for more than a decade. It is a Very well organized company and completes the CCTV projects on time. One of my friend recommened them and i have given my home project to them with urgent request. They have completed my project on time with very neat work.
