Excellent location next to subway (but not if usin...

Excellent location next to subway (but not if using JR pass... different company) and in the middle of shopping precinct. Good size room. Excellent service by the bell captain as he helped us to locate a parcel from Hokkaido. Con: the whole complex is so huge that we got lost a few times.
Breakfast not included in our package, so can't comment on it
