This was my first year using nutri-lawn. To be honest I've always enjoyed taking care of my lawn and it's always looked decent. This year I decided to give them a try for two reasons. They had a good marketing campaign in the spring and I did it to spite their annoying competition with the annoying door knockers and relentless phone calls. I contacted them and was very pleased with the original call and the subsequent follow up sales call.

As the season went on in noticed that my lawn was thriving pretty much the same way it had in years prior when I did all the work myself using store bought product. When I was sent a customer servery I may have been a little harsh with some low scores. I was contacted by yet another very friendly customer service rep who offered me a little incentive along with her direct contact info and along promise to follow up with me closer next spring to see if we could achieve the higher outcome I had originally hoped for.

For that reason I'm scoring them a 4. Let's see if next year we can get a 5
