Chris and Tyler did a phenomenal job getting me a deal on the vechicle, trade-in and financing. I'm elated with my purchase and the overall experience. The two biggest factors which contributed to my overall 5-star rating were transparency and understanding of customer value.

Transparency - There was no negotiation. I politely asked for a breakdown of fees and put them in excel so we were both on the same page. When I went to the dealership to sign the paperwork everything was as discussed to the dollar. I'm confident they'd have no problem doing the same for you.

Transparency - Upfront info on branded vehicle information and also provided Bluestar website for me to see results of inspection.

Customer Value - When I told them my bank's loan-to-value didn't high, they adjusted the price without me requesting it. Additionally, they didn't use FOMO (Fear of Missing Out), which means they listened to what I considered of value and worked around that.

I'd definitely go back to Prestman Auto for a quality used vehicle as a substantially discounted price.
