very bad experience, we did not even manage to stay ... we drove for 18 hours from Houston Tx, so the person in charge at front desk told us that she could not take the reservation since it had been through a third party of the same company (1791 Vacation Experience) without further explanation even after speaking with the company that made the booking, this person refused to give us the rooms already paid ... the place looks very nice but the attitude of the night staff leaves much to be expected
