They provide very understandable information, with good sense of humor and are available to answer any questions public can possible have. All the place is very clean, fun and nice. We bought ice cream, and it's just so delicious! Don't forget to go to the gift shop, there are amazing items you can buy for very affordable prices. Within the factory your, one gets to watch a very good video about the company and products, then, one can go to see the different production steps and then a free sample of delicious ice cream! Small groups of people each tour. I loved this experience and I strongly recommended. Couples, family, students, all are welcome here! I'm sure I will never forget this experience. Thanks!
