Dropped off my peterbuilt in July,for a clutch vib...

Dropped off my peterbuilt in July,for a clutch vibration they had it 5 days. No one even looked at the truck.
So I figured that's what happens when you drop your truck off without an apointment.
So I was going to be out of work in August for 3 days, made an appointment at end of July.
Went to drop my truck off, August 10 and they said I don't have apointment.
They asked me to drop the truck off and they would see what they could do.
I been down that road before with Rush.
So I went to the KW dealer about a mile away,
They had me up and running within 24 hours
I will never go back to the rush Peterbilt in commerce city ever again !!
