If I could have the option to put no stars I would. This is by far the worse service I have had ever. First of all I had service done on 1/27/16 it is now 2/9/16 and my issue has not been resolved. I have spoken to Diane in the office several times and been assured I would get a call back about a part I ordered and I would never hear back from her. I have called now in all about 7-8 times to try and get the honest answer about my part for my heater. I have been transferred to kaleb in services twice now and he's giving me the run around about when the part will be here. I know I have ordered plenty offline and that's the first thing they do is send you an order number to track your shipment so I'm under the assumption that my order was not placed remotely around the time I was told it was going to be ordered. I have a 5 year old and a one month old in a house that has no heat for more than 12 days now only using space heaters that are now going to rack up my electric bill... I will be astonished if I hear back from them today seeing as how I already called twice was told two different answers and now playing the waiting game again.... They are by far the most unproductive and unprofessional bunch of people I have managed to encounter in my life. I will most definitely be taking my business elsewhere and I advise all others to do the same I am now out $100 for service I never got and the extended use of my electric this month.... I hope the owner of this company gets a chance to read this and I hope the employees feel embarrassed by the actions they took to try and help a paying customer. I would also like to side note and say I had service from them about two months ago to do routine maintenance on my furnace. I got a call last week I believe on 2/4/16 from one of the office clerks asking if I had the check number because they misplaced the check I had given them. Just goes to show how organized they are I would never feel comfortable calling a customer and telling them how incredibly unorganized I was and ask for something I should have kept track of.... I would love to hear back from them but I'm sure I won't....
