I had an average experience with Proinsight research ltd. The website proinsight.org has a user-friendly interface. However, I found the overall service to be just average. The response time was slow, and I had to wait for a long time to get a resolution to my query. The customer support was not very helpful either. I hope they improve their services in the future.
