Literally the worst customer service I've ever experienced despite some of the products being reasonably good quality.

I made an order for a full morning suit for my wedding. The products that arrived were of mixed quality and the sizing was different on all of them. I returned some items and asked for an exchange on the tailcoat only to be told "they have no idea when they get stock in - even if wait a month and call back" but that when they do get stock they get thousands so I will be fine.

I called and spoke to a manager who informed me I should just keep checking the website. After pointing out that I'd paid already and I wanted an exchange, she was unable to even hold stock to send on to me or to offer any alternative beyond me doing the work to find the product again online and reorder it.
