as a Marriott Platinum member they gave me a great experience. It was my daughter's birthday and I asked to get an upgrade for one night. They didn't have any rooms available however they did have a presidential suite available exclusively because I asked for her birthday to be special. In Marriott fashion they gave me an upgrade my daughter was extremely happy and we had an outstanding time. This is why I come back to this Marriott faithfully and will continue.
