The product was picked up by the customer after almost 14 days from the date of payment. During this time, neither the courier agencies nor the Evomag representatives bothered to contact me on their own initiative.
I called a few times, gave emails to customer who, I sent messages on Facebook without any concrete answer.
In addition, evomag sales agents were extremely unprofessional when I showed up in the showroom.
I haven't bought too many times from them, but I certainly will never do it again.
