The worst customer service ever.
My Toyota car was having problem, The car was diagnosed . I found out one of the parts of the car was recalled. Then I tried to make appointment but when Antioch Toyota found out that its was recalled issue they refused to make appointment with me. Eventually i made appointment and took my to Toyota. After inspection they told me they could not find any problem. What about changing the recalled parts? Very bad attitude towards customer. Unprofessional.
