This review is only about the sushi/rolls:

They use excessive amounts of rice, avocado, cucumber, and cheese to fill you up. If they're trying to save money, they should raise the price-point of the all-you-can-eat menu and balance the fish to rice ratio. I would rather pay more than eat giant rolls filled with rice or nigiri that sit on huge cubes of rice. It's almost laughable how obvious they are in an attempt to fill their customers up without having to make that extra roll or two or serve more sushi. the quality of the rice was low. The rice issue aside, the food was pretty mediocre. It might be one of the better sushi places in Flagstaff, but since that is the case, maybe just don't get sushi in Flag? It's not worth the money you end up spending. There are better sushi places in Phoenix.
The staff were friendly, though. And, there seemed to be a lot of college kids having fun with the cooks/entertainers, so if that is the experience you're looking for, then you might like this place (I mean that in a serious way). It also seemed like they have a good happy hour deal on Sundays, FYI.
