Utterly charming and efficient call centre staff are let down by unreliable tradesmen. I made 4 bookings in one week to have a dripping shower repaired in my home in Oxford. I even sourced the required spare parts myself. Sadly although I waited in on Monday afternoon, Tuesday afternoon, Wednesday morning and Friday afternoon, the "engineer" did not turn up. I will not use this service again.
