Very dissatisfied with the service provided. Two failed visits due to "technical issues". When an engineer came fault not fixed so needed to rebook call. This was early December 2019 and still waiting for an engineer to confirm when they can return.


You've seen "The Standard" response to my initial comment which was 5 days ago and guess what I'm still waiting for a call and explanation If I could put a minus star review I would do. I won't be using these ever again and wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
