I really enjoy the mix of traditional relaxed feel and very responsive staff. Changing the media used,( bundles, downloading ebooks) to respond to community needs and functions is exactly nailing your mission.

I also tell people they can go ask the staff real research questions, how to access job information, use computers, make a resune.
