Had a wonderful experience at Mercedes-Benz of Miami. Drove down to South Florida to see my mom, and got a flat tire on Friday afternoon. Unfortunately, it was so bad that they weren't able to repair it. They told me that they could not get a new tire until Monday, but I needed to be back in Tallahassee the next day. My service adviser, Robert Girouard, went above and beyond to make sure I could return when I needed. They tracked down a tire in Delray Beach, picked it up the next day, and fixed my car. Robert even got me a loaner for the night, free of charge. When I picked up my car the next day, and there was a discrepancy between the quote I was given and the actual price of the tire, Robert made sure that they honored my quoted price. I was very appreciative of the great customer service and professionalism at Mercedes-Benz of Miami!
