Will definately be back to this lovely Hotel. The staff were so welcoming and always had big smiles on their faces. They would do anything for you and for me this is a huge plus. We loved Ralph at the bar he made the best drink in town , and he was such a sweetheart. The breakfast every morning was amazing!!!. The rooms were so comfortable and immaculate. Totally recommend the Sofitel in Queenstown 5 plus from me xx.
