I came in to Hendrick Honda on South Blvd. without an appointment asking for the team there to check my tire pressure. I actually thought that the cold weather had caused my tire pressure to diminish & set off the low pressure icon. Anyway, I was quickly served and sure enough one tire was pretty low. But then the technician went the extra mile & used his Phones flashlight to examine the tire. Turns out I had a nail. The tech alerted, Casey, my service advisor who got down & assessed the damage & then told me that he thought my tire could be patched, instead of replaced thereby helping me avoid a big charge for new tires. So, Casey sent my SUV to be repaired & I caught up on emails in the Lounge. Finally, going the extra mile again, the shop checked out everything & found a brake light that was out & after bringing it to my attention that was fixed too!
