Pros: great breakfast, friendly staff, close to airport

Cons: BED BUGS. Consider yourself warned. Also, the hotel did little to make up for this serious inconvenience. I was here as a layover from an early morning flight from Bali and this was the only hotel willing to offer a somewhat decent daytime rate. Had a known this was a concern here I would have paid double to stay somewhere else.

I wish this hotel would understand how to better handle customer service. Hopefully the next person in my situation will be treated with better accommodations. The front desk only provided me with a free shuttle after my friend asked!! Please take better care of your clients Riviera Hotel.
