The counter check in staff was not very efficient ...

The counter check in staff was not very efficient or friendly towards me. The concierge was efficient. The housekeeping has lots of room for improvement. I found old luggage tags of other visitors stuck onto bathrobes when I wore. Toiletries were not replaced promptly and I have had to shower with shampoo on a number of occasions. Towels and floor mats were removed but not replaced and I have had to call for them. When I asked for hard pillows I got a hard pillow and a little cushion camouflaged in a pillow case.
