Absolute conmen of the highest order. How they are actually allowed to trade is beyond me. I received a final warning PCN to an address I have not lived at for over 7 months.

I have written to their H/O twice demanding to see proof of my parking violation and the location in which it took place. I ve had no reply.

They claim on the website that the phone number on their website is staffed by operators. It is not, it simply takes you to the payment line. Their contact email is also unmanned and they automatically respond by trying to send you to their appeals department.

It is disgusting that they are allowed to get away with these disgusting tactics in this day and age. The fact that their website and literature is so misleading and carefully worded proves that they know just how disingenuous they are.
