They're very unprofessional, after emailing them and calling them for a month; I called to ask why my emails was being ignored and they said I couldn't transfer my lease to another property because I was late too man times!! I was only late twice for bank reasons and both was ok'd by the company and I didn't get a late charge. I asked to speak to the property manager I was sent to her direct like where it ring twice and the person that transferred me pick back up. Days later I received a letter asking me to renew my lease because I was a good tenant..... I'm confused!!! I'm I bad or good tenant???? When I asked for my leasing statement the lady was very hesitant to print it out for me. As a whole the company is very sneaky and isn't a place I would suggest to anyone
