nothing but lies from this company, they stole money from my bank, then apologized then tried to further take additional money after I closed the bank account, then they sent me threatening letters saying that I would loose my services if I didn't re-open my bank to pay then (I didn't have any as I cancelled within 14 days). Got banned from their community forums for telling people how to complain to the right authorities, Won my dispute when I got the ombudsman involved and still the promised cheque never arrived. Time to take plusnet to court. the papers have been told and hopefully will be there on the day. PlusNet I am doing you proud
