I called to update my insurance information that would settle the claim. Before I even finish talking the lady argues with me about my insurance, gets loud, insults me and when i asked to speak with her supervisor, she informed me that it's a law office and it doesn't work that way. I have never had the displeasure of dealing with a more ignorant, rude, narcissistic and delusional person. She needs to go back to school. Also, she refused to give me her name. I will be reporting this to the Better Business Bureau.
