The 5 star review is for Mr John Won who is a classy down to earth type of guy. The kinda guy who grows up in the South Bay Area for sure. It was a real pleasure buying a car from John. No pressure, no non sense, straight to the point. I really appreciate how easy it was to get in the car I really wanted for my wife and kids. I will definitely be back for another BMW from John. I will say I couldn t see eye to eye with Mr Ali in the finance department and that for a very brief moment I almost walked away from the deal. John very cool kept the situation under control went and got all the paperwork and the deal was done. Mr. Ali my apologies sir if I offended you but I recommend a little more tact when treating a customer. Nevertheless, I m a happy customer. My wife and kids are happy in their BMW 330i GT X Drive.
