UPDATE** Service was finally installed. A couple things of note, one the contract they sent me to sign was blank. They wanted me to fill it out and sign it. Seems a little wrong I have to do their job. Other area of issue is billing. According to the form they sent me, it states you can do auto pay using Visa, American Express, MasterCard, or Discover. You can also do bank draft. Now I don t do bank draft for any of my bills. I was happy to see the option of credit card, however there was no where on the form to put that information. Only information you could put was your bank account info. When I asked about it, I was told they only do credit card auto pay for their commercial customers. Residential customers have to do bank draft. Well, maybe don t have that listed as an option then. It states no where on that paper, that it is for commercial customers only. Now that we are installed, hopefully things will go more smoothly.

UPDATE**4/14 still no installation. I was sent an email on Monday saying they would have to reschedule my installation, because they had trouble with the van. Was given no updated installation date. Called Tuesday to ask about installation and was told hopefully Tuesday morning. It s now Wednesday and I still haven t heard from anyone.

Hoping things improve. I contacted them on 2/12 requesting information about the service. I received an email back right away saying that they currently didn t service my area, but they would reach out if that changed. Fast forward to 4/9 where two guys were hooking cables up to my roof. When I asked what they were doing, they stated they were hooking up my cable for the internet service I wanted. Umm, I had never heard back from anyone. Over looking that, because we did want the service I set my installation date up for 4/12 at 9:30. They called me at 10 letting me know they were running about an hour behind. It s now 12 and they still haven t arrived. Hoping this isn t an indication of how the service, and customer service will be.
