Food ok, as long as you don't expect either the description or photos on the menu.
Staff immature and in desperate need of customer service lessons, especially the so called "duty manager" who needs not only customer service but basic management training (and removal of his attitude).
The one saving grace is the more mature lady bar person who is always courteous, professional and knowledgeable.
