Eleven years that the Bruniquel family is waiting to understand what did not work in the rescue chain and which, according to her, contributed to the death of their father as a result of cardiac malaise. Eleven years of judicial struggle for now no way out.

But after eleven years of waiting, of uncertainty, no satisfactory answer came to relieve the questions of an entire family.
"Three investigating judges have succeeded each other," says the family, "A further investigation has been opened and it seems that a series of mistakes have been made in the organization of care and relief, especially Samu."

A mail in June
Last June the family again alerted the Court of Appeal in Montpellier. "We draw your attention once again to a particularly worrying and abnormal situation," says the letter.
And to continue after having explained the facts: "We are victims of the slowness and malfunctions of repeated bawls of the Biterroise justice and pass from judges to judges. We have been announced the indictment of the doctor regulator and his operator at We have no news, we were thinking of living in a country of law, but that is not the case Our file is based on an error We have relied on the fact that our father and husband were died while being transported to hospital while he never left our home. " And the Bruniquel are still waiting.
