Our family is staying from Toronto in a total of 9 bedrooms for 5 days. We are suppose to extend but highly won't be. The staff is very rude. Housekeeping has not cleaned our room for 2 days and our family has had to consistently tell the staff. My shampoo, soap etc has not been restocked. This is a 4 star hotel. We've asked for extra cups for tea in the morning, which they have refused because they've run out apprently. It took 2 days to get a crib sheet for my daughter. They actually have me a queen sheet and said to put it on the crib mattress, which is actually a SIDS risk. Weve paid a lot of money for our whole family to stay here from Toronto and we visit very often. Def wont be staying here again.
