Doctors PA's Nurses Techs Therapist & therapist as...

Doctors PA's Nurses Techs Therapist & therapist assistants are awesome & the only reason I couldnt give 1 star. The back office staff was great cannot say the same about the front office or the therapy front desk & billing. To make this long story short as possible I was a post-op patient. My first visit after my surgery I sat in the waiting area for at least an hour because I had a balance. I had to pay over $100 for my file to be taken to the back to be seen. Once I finally got to the back the nurse apologized because I just had surgery I wasn't supposed to stay out front there longer than 10 to 15 minutes with that brace on my leg even the doctor apologized & also she got some of my money back because I wasn't supposed to pay. Whatever visit there after my file wasn't taking to the back until I had to pay some money or talk with someone from billing up until one of my last visits I talked to someone from billing that said I was in post-op and I wasn't supposed to pay anything during my post-op my surgery was in January. Also I was supposed to be set on a payment plan that started in April. I had to cancel appointments at times because I didn't have the money to pay that I knew they would ask for when all the while I wasn't supposed to be paying in the first place. Every visit felt stressful. Therapy had me come in at least 4 to 5 times and rejected me because the insurance hadn't authorized my appointment. After the second time I was rejected when they called to set up a 3rd appointment I clearly asked them was it authorized by insurance company and I was told yes I came in for my appointment again and was rejected because the insurance had authorized my appointment. I reached out to the office manager I had to leave a voicemail I got no response. I got tired & stopped going altogether praying that because of all the frustration involved in just getting a doctor's visit in which my insurance was paying. It seems like accident workman's comp patients they treat better and it's easier for them, Regular patients aren't & maybe they need retraining! Will never return
