I went to Smythe Volvo for my 50,000 Maintenance C...

I went to Smythe Volvo for my 50,000 Maintenance Checkup. (This was my first time at this dealership as my previous dealership closed.) Right from the start, I was amazed at the friendly service. When I drove my car into the garage, I was greeted by Michael Watson, a Service Advisor. (By the way, the garage was immaculate!) It was obvious that the maintenance department was very busy. One would never know it because Michael spent a lot of time explaining everything that was going to be done. I never felt rushed. Michael also took time to look at the car, and he answered all my questions. He was extremely patient and very knowledgeable. I waited in a very comfortable area which was stocked with snacks and drinks. (The restrooms were very clean.) Michael told me the approximate time frame it would take to service the car. During this time frame, he gave me updates. After the service was completed, I was given a checklist (with helpful visuals). Michael spent time going over everything that was done. Michael Watson is an asset to Smythe Volvo and a superb representative of Volvo. When I drove away, my car looked great and drove like a new car. Kudos to the Volvo tech, David Flores, who worked on the car; you did a great job.
