Came in for bloodwork. As usual after waiting in line for 10 min just to speak to somebody my lab slip is not in the file. I went outside and called my Dr (Guentzel) and asked them to fax it over again. By the way, the lab slips from her office had already been faxed over and hand carried for that week. This happens every time I come here. I use your facility because my Dr is connected to you. If your fax machine isn t working properly please get a new one or come up with a better way to collect lab slips from the Dr offices.
