The rooms and bathrooms desperately need to be updated. Also, not that the hotel knew when the rooms were booked, but 5 floors were filled with American college kids coming up to Canada for their spring formal as our drinking age is lower. We were kept up late, we called down to the front desk twice, but I'm not sure if they did anything because we ended up going out and asking the students to keep it down. When it was mentioned when we checked out, she asked if we had been told previously, or had asked to change rooms. We said no, it was midnight (and then woken up again at 3am), and not even a discount was offered.
