Yikes! We ordered two products for an event weeks ...

Yikes! We ordered two products for an event weeks in advance. Both were damaged when we received. The company took time to blame UPS and finally agreed to replace the damaged parts after some convincing. They chose to send the replacement parts by UPS Ground...and they did not make in time for our event. So we asked for a refund. They want us to pay a restocking fee and for return shipping.

If you are trying to run a legitimate organization and have deadlines, a budget and other things to focus on than managing a company who can't get its act together, then definitely make another choice for your banner stand.
