A terrible service.
What is the point of booking a cab to take you to the station at a particular time in the future ( in my case the following morning ) if all the app does is to start searching for a taxi ...5 minutes before its should be arriving. They don't tell you that when you book a cab, it doesn't mean that one will come. In my case, there was " no cab " in the area ... So after 5 minutes it just cancelled the request leaving me high and dry. So at 6.25am I was desperately trying to find another way of catching my train.Hopeless!
