We had a series of meetings after somebody was literally murdered in skyhouse, and your representative chose to just blow off every scrap of feedback offered by multiple people who were understandably concerned for their safety. That's your company's mode of operation; just say what people want to hear without actually doing anything. You need to actually start listening, as you are getting a very bad reputation in Charlotte, and most people I know are beginning to actively avoid any property with greystar as the management company.
