Absolutely disgusting sales practices. Salesman are lying through their teeth. Only after I've asked about the online offer the sales rep. revised his initial offer. Made me accept a contract saying it wasn't a contract just to keep the offer for me. Said he was going to call again to confirm technician appointment, never called. Absolute garbage. I'd be really stupid to accept any services from them. It wasn't always like this.
