I'm a MEO customer. On Saturday August 16th I went to the V / store at Av. Saraiva de Carvalho to request the resolution of a problem related to the internet operation.

I was attended by V / collaborator Anabela Carvalho.

I can only express my pleasure at the way I was treated.

I have not found such an efficient employee for a long time, combined with unusual availability and friendliness, as I have even found with regard to other clients being served while awaiting resolution of the problem.

As we complain when the service is not waiting for us, I always express my opinion that the opposite is true, as is the case here.
